Right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 14 days.<\/p>\n
The period for withdrawing from the contract expires after 14 days from the date:<\/p>\n
– in the case of a contract, the subject of which is the sale of goods: “when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, take over the goods.”;<\/p>\n
– if the goods ordered by the consumer in one order are delivered separately: “when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, takes over the goods that were delivered last.”;<\/p>\n
– if goods consisting of several parts or pieces are delivered: “when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, takes over the last part or piece.”;<\/p>\n
When exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (for example, a handwritten letter sent by post to the address HAMSIK Corporation, s.r.o., Zvolensk\u00e1 cesta 46, 974 05 Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica or by e-mail to the address office@hamsikwinery. com. For this purpose, you can use the sample form for withdrawing from the contract, which we have handed over or sent to you.<\/p>\n
The withdrawal period is preserved if you send a notice of exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract<\/p>\n
After withdrawing from the contract, we will return all payments that you made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, especially the purchase price, including the costs of delivering the goods to you. This does not apply to additional costs if you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. Payments will be returned to you without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. Their payment will be made in the same way that you used for your payment, if you did not expressly agree to another payment method, without charging any additional fees.<\/p>\n
Payment for the purchased goods will be paid to you only after the returned goods have been delivered back to our address or upon presentation of a document proving the return of the goods, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n
Send the goods back to our address HAMSIK Corporation, s.r.o., Zvolensk\u00e1 cesta 46, 974 05 Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica at the latest within 14 days from the date of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract. The period is considered to be preserved if you send the goods back before the expiration of this 14-day period.<\/p>\n
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods (postage, cost of transport by courier, etc.). The Seller warns that the goods returned to the Seller “on delivery” will not be accepted by the Seller.<\/p>\n
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.<\/p>\n
